MEDICAL SERVICES

Our foundation is providing you medical services at the highest quality level by working together with the best hospitals, clinics and qualified centers along side well known university professors and great doctors of the world. Our medical services include:

 Booking appointments with the best hospitals, specialists and medical doctors

 We receive our client’s medical reports and forward them to specialists in order to be studied

 We send medical treatment invitation letter to our clients in order to obtain the required visas

 We provide an ambulance transport from the airport to the hospital, when necessary

 We provide transport from the accommodation place to the hospital and vice versa

 We serve and accompany the patients and their families during the period of the medical treatments. Providing a translator and a car  with a driver from our Partners if the patient orders it

 We provide female translators and accompany for women if desired

 Extending visas for the patients and families when required

 We book hotels and furnished apartments for our patients upon request

 We try to make everything possible for the patients to conduct their medical treatments

Our concept consists of the following categories

1. Preparation for the admission of international patients

• Gather relevant documents (medical reports, CT, MRT…), in order to find out possibilities of medical treatment, duration, kind and costs of treatment appropriately
• Fix admission-concerned appointments and inform the patients
• Send appointment confirmation to the concerned person within two to four days in order to receive the cost congenial before patient arrival
• Issue an invitation for the German embassy and send it for foreign patients
• Coordination/Confirmation of the inpatient or outpatient appointment with the concerned clinic
• Organization of accommodation for outpatient inpatients and their escorts

2. Patient transport

• Pick-up service for patients and their escorts from the airport and transportation to clinic or accommodation. No ambulance service.
• For the unbaled patients, wheel chair will be organized on request.
• Ambulance service is only organized in case of requirement and medical condition of patient
• Transportation to further appointments in case of transfer to another clinic, in case of fatality or return to home country.
• After final treatment transportation to the airport for departure
• ABD ELHAFIZ SERVICEGmbH owns some vehicles that are provided to fulfill the patient transport. Beyond these ABD ELHAFIZ SERVICEis in cooperation with several car renting firms and is thus easily able to expand the means of transportation according to special requirements

3. Procedures in hospitals

• Registration of inpatients at enrollment department
• Addition of personal patient data in data base with respective telephone numbers, e-mail address and photo
• To ensure that advance payment is made in case of private patients (not Health Office patients)
• To ensure that cost congenial is available for the planned treatments in case of Health Office patients
• Follow- up with requesting extension of cost congenial or issuance of new one in case of transfer to another department or clinic
• Providing company and translation services during all medical appointments, treatments, doctor’s rounds and therapies
• To ensure that the patient settled the costs of all medical treatments he went through and caused expenses, after the final treatment with support of a final account
• To guarantee that all patients receive a final medical report, x-rays and laboratory results in English after conclusion of their treatment
• To ensure that the communication between patient and respective clinic is possible at any time even after his return

4. Extension of Visa

• We provide assistance in arranging Medical Visa, Visa registration/ extension to International Patients and their escorts.

5. Administrative tasks

• To avoid any problem for International Patients, Case Managers and medical coordinators are appointed at every point of the treatment process from their arrival to Airport till their discharge.
• ABD ELHAFIZ SERVICE has a dedicated Travel Desk which takes care of, Vehicle arrangement for Local Travel, Assistance in arrangement of Tickets, Assistance in fulfilling the formalities before travel, resolving all travel enquiries of International Patient travelling back to their country. If necessary a companying doctor or nurse can be organized for the return journey
